The Hulusi, also known as the gourd flute, is a traditional wind instrument of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan, China.

It was originally popular among ethnic groups such as the Dai and Yi. The Hulusi produces a soft, delicate, and mellow sound that is pure, heartfelt, and expressive, making it uniquely captivating.
