Bandari (班得瑞) is a New Age styled band that is very popular in mainland China and Taiwan. According to the CD cover and manual, Bandari is a Swiss band which is formed by young composers, performers, and engineers, who began their performance since 1990s. Their performance was recorded by AVC Music (who is also the copyright owner of the music pieces) and introduced by Jingo Digital Inc., a Taiwan company.

The Bandari Project itself has become an extreme successful product for AVC on a worldwide level. Bandari stands for its own melodious, transparent style within a enormous number of meditation products. Every time you plunge into these impressive music,the stress of everyday's life will be cured.

Bandari gồm 1 nhóm các nhà soạn nhạc, các nhạc công trẻ và say mê âm nhạc do nhà sản xuất đa tài người Đức Oliver Schwarz dẫn dắt. Để thực hiện những CD của mình, ban nhạc Thụy Sĩ này đã đến hầu như tất cả các hồ, dòng sông nổi tiếng ở Châu Âu như The Alps, Viennese Woods, River Rhine... để thu lại thanh âm trung thực trong trẻo nhất của thiên nhiên, tạo ra 1 thứ âm nhạc êm dịu làm vơi đi gánh nặng cuộc sống.

Bandari làm người nghe bị mê hoặc bởi những nốt nhạc huyền ảo như thơ ca hoà cùng tiếng lá xạc xào trong gió, róc rách nước chảy qua khe đá, lảnh lót chim hót trong buổi sớm. Nghe nhạc của Bandari, người có tâm hồn đang xao động mãnh liệt nhất cũng phải chùng lại. Tiếng nhạc êm ái nhẹ nhàng tạo cho bạn cảm giác như đang đứng trước một làn gió mát, hoặc là mở ra trước mắt bạn một dòng nước trong xanh lững lờ trôi, nằm chen giữa màu xanh bạt ngàn của đồng cỏ nhấp nhô uốn lượn bên trên những quả đồi rộng lớn.

Bandari sử dụng rất nhiều nhạc cụ làm nền cho nhạc của mình. Đầu tiên có thể kể đến tiếng sáo, lúc thì vi vu tiếng gió, lúc thì réo rắt như tiếng sơn ca hót. Rồi đến tiếng đàn harp chậm rãi nghe như từng giọt mưa rơi tí tách. Tiếng bells mang lại cảm giác tươi tắn khoẻ khoắn trong buối sớm tinh mơ. Nhưng đặc biệt nhất là tiếng piano của Bandari: chậm rãi thả từng tiến. Có cả những bản nhạc cover lại từ những ban nhạc/nghệ sĩ có tiếng trong làng nhạc Instrumental: DreamCatcher của Secret Garden, Adagio In Minor của Yanni, Conquest Of Paradise của Vangelis..
