Released in November 2008 under Fenglin Records, The Story in the Small Town is a special guzheng tribute by musician Liu Le, dedicated to the beloved Teresa Teng (Đặng Lệ Quân). Known for her tender voice and timeless ballads, Teng’s repertoire has touched generations across Asia. In this commemorative album, Liu Le reinterprets fifteen of her most iconic songs through the evocative strings of the guzheng, transforming lyrical nostalgia into pure instrumental poetry.
